I. PRICES
1.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND OUR PRICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. ORDERS ARE
ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO AVA I L A B I L I T Y. PRICES ARE CORRECT AT THE TIME OF
PUBLICATION OR UPLOAD TO OUR WEBSITE. ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF GERMAN VAT
II. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS;
THE RECEIPT OF AN EMAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THE
ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER OR AS A CONFIRMATION OF AN OFFER TO SELL. TRIBAL
JEWELRY GMBH RESERVES THE RIGHT, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION, TO LIMIT
THE ORDER QUANTITY ON ANY ITEM. ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION MAY BE REQUIRED
PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY ORDER.
ALL ORDERS ARE DEALT WITH AS SOON AS THEY ARE RECEIVED AND WE AIM TO
DESPATCH WITHIN 4 DAYS OF RECEIPT. HOWEVER, SOME ITEMS MAY TAKE LONGER.
III.SHIPPING ADDRESS INFORMATION
TRIBAL JEWELRY GMBH CANNOT ACCEPT CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
REQUESTS AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO
REFUSE SHIPMENT TO TEMPORARY ADDRESSES (INCLUDING HOTEL GUESTS) WITHOUT
PRIOR PAYMENT IN FULL.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING OUTSIDE OF GERMANY, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR THE PRICE PLUS
SHIPPING AND HANDLING BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES AND ANY OTHER TAXES,
ETC. THAT YOUR COUNTRY MAY COLLECT BEFORE DELIVERING THE PACKAGE TO YOU. WE
SUGGEST THAT YOU CHECK WITH YOUR CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES BEFORE PLACING AN
ORDER TO SEE WHAT THESE CHARGES MAY BE AS THEY VARY FROM COUNTRY TO
COUNTRY.
IV. METHODS OF PAYMENT
CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FROM MOST COUNTRIES AND ARE WITHOUT
SURCHARGE, HOWEVER WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DELIVER ONLY TO THE
CARDHOLDERS BILLING ADDRESS. IF REQUESTING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS
PLEASE STATE THIS ON YOUR ORDER, ALONG WITH YOUR CARD REGISTERED ADDRESS.
YOU MAY BE ASKED TO PROVIDE US WITH PROOF OF YOUR ADDRESS AT ANYTIME. IF YOU
REFUSE TO PROVIDE US WITH THIS EVIDENCE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. THIS
IS TO PREVENT CREDIT CARD FRAUD. IF YOU ARE USING A CREDIT CARD NOT BELONGING
TO YOURSELF, YOU MUST GIVE THE CARDHOLDERS FULL NAME, ADDRESS AND CONTACT
TELEPHONE NO. WE WILL THEN CONTACT THE CARDHOLDER TO OBTAIN APPROVAL. USE
OF STOLEN CREDIT CARDS WILL RESULT IN INTERNATIONAL POLICE NOTIFICATION AND
COURT ACTION IN ALL CASES. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE CREDIT
CARD AUTHORIZATION DEPARTMENT TO CONFIRM THE DETAILS GIVEN.
BANK TRANSFERS ARE WELCOME, THERE IS A SMALL
CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS.
V. SHIPPING
ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN APPROPRIATE PACKAGING AND DELIVERED BY REGISTERED POST. THIS
S E RVICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIME AND WILL ALWAYS REQUIRE A
SIGNATURE.
IF YOU FEEL THAT THE PARCEL MAY BE LOST OR DELAYED IN ANYWAY, PLEASE CONTACT
US TO CONFIRM THE GOODS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. WE HAVE DIRECT LINK UP WITH OUR
COURIERS TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF THE PARCEL AT ALL TIMES. WHEN THE PARCEL
IS DELIVERED WE ALSO HAVE THE NAME, ADDRESS AND THE TIME IN WHICH THE PARCEL
WAS ACCEPTED. ONCE THE PARCEL HAS BEEN ACCEPTED IT IS NO LONGER OUR
RESPONSIBILITY.
VII. DAMAGED ITEMS / SHORT SHIPMENTS / WRONG GOODS RECEIVED
TRIBAL JEWELRY GMBH MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT
OF THE PARCEL OF ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS. NOTIFICATION MAY BE BY EITHER
PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL. THE INVOICE NUMBER AND YOUR CUSTOMER NUMBER MUST BE
QUOTED. WE WILL EXCHANGE ANY WRONG GOODS RECEIVED AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE
THEM BACK FROM THE CUSTOMER IN GOOD CONDITION, UNUSED AND RESALABLE.
RETURN POSTAGE WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT.
VIII.REFUSED, UNCLAIMED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN REFUSED OR
UNCLAIMED BY THE PERSON IT WAS SHIPPED TO OR ORDERS THAT ARE UNDELIVERABLE
DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WILL BE HANDLED AS FOLLOWS:
SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU WANT THE ORDER RE-SHIPPED
NORMAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY.
A RESTOCK FEE OF 10% BASED ON THE COST OF THE MERCHANDISE WILL BE ASSESSED
THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE INDIVIDUAL ORIGINALLY BILLED
FOR THE ORDER.

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING ANY ITEMS BACK, AS ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED
BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED TO YOU. WE ONLY SELL QUALITY PRODUCTS - SO IF YOU DO
HAVE A PROBLEM - PLEASE CONTACT US. ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN
ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED AND RESALABLE - UNLESS FAULTY - WITHIN 10 WORKING
DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ACCEPTANCE. CUSTOMERS MUST PAY FOR THE GOODS TO BE
RETURNED TO US AND WE WILL CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT ACCORDINGLY.
